Eden Prairie, MN — Restoration contractor Trinity Exteriors, Inc founder Ted Swanson celebrated his company’s new location with a ribbon cutting hosted with the Eden Prairie Chamber of Commerce on Wednesday, April 19, 2017. Trinity Exteriors, Inc acquired its larger office space at 10179 Crosstown Circle in Eden Prairie to accommodate the company’s growth, and to facilitate its Southwest Metro customers more easily.
2017 also marks Trinity Exteriors’ 10th year in business. Swanson founded the company in 2007 with the intent to not only elevate, but to redefine customer service in the restoration industry.
As a graduate of the Schulze School of Entrepreneurship, Swanson says he appreciates the authentic business experience his professors brought to class. “The unrivaled education I received from St. Thomas has been instrumental in my being able to run an organization based upon integrity and service,” says Swanson. “With proactive communication and by anticipating our customers’ needs, we find we’re able to alleviate the typical stress associated with a renovation project. Each day we live our purpose To Take The Worries Away.”
Swanson continues: “With any large purchase that only happens once every couple of decades, there is a genuine fear of being taken advantage of, especially in an industry notorious for those bad contractors who cut corners. I knew if we could develop a business process with proactive communication and problem solving, we could satisfy a very high percentage of customers while building a strong referral base. Twin Cities homeowners would know where to go for a worry-free customer experience, and Trinity Exteriors would continue to grow from their referrals.”
Some notable Trinity projects include restoring the Macalester Plymouth United Church and replacing the roofs for cabins at the Veterans Rest Camp in Marine on St. Croix—one of which Trinity Exteriors and its partners donated to the cause.
Trinity Exteriors team members find that giving back to their community is one of the most fulfilling parts of the job, participating in volunteer events for PROP food shelf in Eden Prairie, the Salvation Army, and Toys for Tots.
