The International Association of Claim Professionals (IACP) have just completed their 8th Annual European Conference held this year in Madrid, Spain at the Westin Palace Hotel, March 31st – April 1st. The conference achieved record attendance, with many of the attendees from London and the US, which included 6 Past IACP Presidents in attendance.
