Charge Anywhere, LLC, an experienced provider of EMV payment software and services, recently completed its second EMV certification with First Data. This EMV certification covers Charge Anywhere’s QuickSale Payment Applications for Android and Apple phones and tablets with the Walker Audio Jack EMV Chip Card Reader.
This affordable, mobile EMV Chip and Signature solution expands Charge Anywhere’s already impressive lineup of EMV solutions for retail and mobile merchants. Previous EMV certifications have been completed with First Data, Chase Paymentech, TSYS and other processors utilizing the Miura Systems line of Bluetooth EMV PIN Pads. Charge Anywhere also expects to complete an EMV certification for the Walker with TSYS in the second quarter of 2017.
“We are excited to add the Walker to our growing list of EMV solutions,” commented Paul Sabella, CEO of Charge Anywhere. “Mobile merchants now have another great option when upgrading to EMV with our QuickSale Payment Application. The Walker can connect to our QuickSale app on Android and Apple phones and tablets via the audio jack port and we will also support Bluetooth in the near future.”
As with all of its EMV certified solutions, Charge Anywhere incorporates point-to-point encryption technology with the Walker to further secure the transaction and also enables merchants to capture electronic signatures for easy chargeback retrievals. Developers can leverage Charge Anywhere’s EZ EMV SDK to integrate EMV payment functionality with the Walker into existing mobile POS systems.
