360 extends board of directors with the addition of veteran loyalty analytics leader
WHITBY, ON. (August 15, 2017) – Today 360insights, a global leader in channel management software and pioneers within the incentive and promotional analytics and insights space, announced the arrival of Brian Ross to the company’s board of directors. Mr. Ross is the president of Precima Inc, a loyalty technology company with a focus on understanding consumer behaviors through data analysis. With an extensive background in loyalty solutions, customer marketing, and merchandising strategies, Brian will offer leadership and guidance as 360 continues to build out the analytics and insights capabilities of their Channel Success Platform.

Prior to his work with Precima, Mr. Ross spent several years in management positions across LoyaltyOne businesses, notably providing client management and analytics support for key partners of the AIR MILES Reward Program. He used data-driven customer insights to successfully develop programs for clients in grocery, pharmacy, department store, specialty retailing, financial services, and consumer packaged goods. Brian shares his broad range of expertise and thought leadership in regular features in leading marketing publications, and is a frequent speaker at industry events and forums. In addition, Brian is on the Advisory Board to the Queen’s Masters of Management Analytics.
